Description

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to streamline business processes using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to determine automation feasibility and create technical documentation.
• Design and develop RPA solutions, ensuring compliance with specifications and performance standards.
• Test and debug RPA workflows to ensure stability and correct execution.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of existing automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Required Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience in RPA development with a track record of project delivery.
• Three years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems for automation.
• Ability to work with limited supervision using independent judgment.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or 2 years of application development experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar software release tools within an SDLC.
• Experience with code refactoring and code improvement.
