Description

Design, develop, and maintain UiPath bots to automate complex business processes. You will own the full lifecycle from process analysis to production monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing business processes and design scalable automation workflows.
• Create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Technical Definition Documents (TDD).
• Develop, test, and maintain reusable assets and bots within the enterprise RPA architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and resolve bugs to ensure solution quality.
• Monitor production automations to ensure accuracy and alignment with changing business conditions.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with UiPath development and certification.
• Proficiency in Python, VB Script, .NET, Ruby, Java, and Angular JS.
• Experience with RESTful services and intermediate SQL/database management.
• Proven ability to perform business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data interpretation.
• Experience acting as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Tester throughout the SDLC.
• Ability to design extensible and scalable technical architectures for RPA projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automation Anywhere or BluePrism.
• Familiarity with Selenium, OCR tools, and enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, or Jira.
