You will develop and maintain automation solutions for IT operations support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations involved in global support.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues across applications, networks, databases, servers, and storage.
• Develop automation scripts using RPA tools.
• Maintain existing automation processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere across different versions.
• Intermediate skills in Excel Macros.
• Experience with RPA concepts and automation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification.
