Description

Design, develop, and manage Blue Prism automation solutions while leading a team of developers through technical delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through project completion, code reviews, and technical delivery.
• Assess automation opportunities, providing solution designs and effort estimations.
• Develop Process Description Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) following best practices.
• Manage and administer the Blue Prism Software, Management Console, and virtual desktop environments.
• Monitor RPA solutions and troubleshoot technical issues or risks affecting delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process design and process improvement.
• 5+ years of RPA experience, with a specific focus on Blue Prism.
• 1+ year of experience managing Blue Prism App & DB Server and Virtual Desktop environments.
• Strong understanding of SQL and BPM.
• Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with C++, VBA, .NET, or Python.
• Certifications in RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automate Anywhere.
