Description

Design, build, and configure Robotic Process Automation solutions that translate business requirements into Intelligent Automation implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer business requirements into functional RPA solutions and automation tools.
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process and application needs.
• Participate in process reviews to ensure deep understanding of workflows prior to automation.
• Develop effort estimations, define delivery strategies, and prioritize technical automation opportunities.
• Provide post-Go-Live operational support during the stabilization phase and maintain detailed solution documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in RPA development and Intelligent Automation.
• Proven ability to design and build automation solutions using industry-standard tools.
• Strong capability in assessing automation opportunities from a technical perspective.
• Experience in creating detailed effort estimations and defining delivery plans.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios.
• Background in providing technical support during post-deployment stabilization phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process mining or advanced analytics to identify automation targets.
