You will build and deploy automation solutions to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Create RPA prototypes to analyze and present to clients.
• Identify business cases for automation in collaboration with functional teams.
• Implement enterprise RPA tools and assist with desktop version installation and setup.
• Develop RPA training materials and user guide documentation.
• Prepare briefing and communication materials for customers and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or related roles.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and implementing UiPath automation.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Background in federal government consulting.
• Experience implementing tools in a cloud environment.
• Ability to work with security teams to provide documentation and address security findings.
• Experience training and mentoring end users on development and delivery best practices.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Low/No Code tools.
