Description

Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to streamline business operations. You will own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify automation opportunities.
• Implement, test, and deploy RPA bots, ensuring they meet performance goals and business requirements.
• Maintain existing automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development or RPA engineering.
• Proven expertise in UiPath for building robust automation workflows.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for creating custom activities and integrations.
• Experience with troubleshooting complex technical challenges in automation environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
