You will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze automation candidates to assess feasibility and estimate development effort.
• Configure new processes and objects using efficient, maintainable RPA workflow design principles.
• Create and document test cases for negative scenarios and system performance stress testing.
• Review workflows from other developers to ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
• Provide second-level support for production incidents, investigating errors and resolving them within agreed SLAs.
• Manage enhancements and change requests for existing automated processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Proven expertise in RPA workflow design.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting rollout phases.
• Ability to document technical test cases for system malfunctions and performance scenarios.
• Experience performing code reviews for security and internal control compliance.
• Capability to manage incident resolution and coordinate with third-party vendors for technical support.
• Any Graduate degree.
