You will design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions within the HR technology stack, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure new RPA solutions while refactoring existing components.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system stability for existing HR components.
• Execute testing support and implement system updates.
• Document system enhancements, designs, and technical updates.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and users within an agile team environment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Proficiency with UiPath.
• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience with Kofax.
• Bachelor's degree.
