You will design, develop, and document automation solutions to build a mature RPA model.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions for claims adjudication applications.
• Build bots from the ground up and establish RPA best practices.
• Identify risk controls and document technical specifications.
• Create flow charts and process maps to guide automation development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Deep expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Suite, Action Center, Task, Insights).
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and Automation Hub.
• Hands-on experience automating mainframe and COBOL applications.
• Proficiency with Blue Prism.
• Strong background in data analysis and process engineering.
• Ability to work with Java-based applications on COBOL mainframes.

Preferred Skills

• SQL proficiency.
• Process mapping and analysis.
