Description

Lead the design and implementation of RPA solutions to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate workflows into automated processes by collaborating with business analysts and process owners.
• Develop and configure RPA processes using core workflow principles to ensure scalability.
• Manage the deployment of RPA components, including bots and versioned modules, to production environments.
• Monitor solution performance via UiPath Orchestrator and perform administrative adjustments as necessary.
• Document the full development lifecycle, including Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development with a proven track record of project delivery.
• 2+ years of experience specifically focused on UiPath automation architecture.
• Advanced expertise in the UiPath platform, including Document Understanding (Taxonomy, Digitization, Classification, Extraction, Validation), AI Center, and Action Center.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator administration, configuration, and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C#, .NET, Java, Python, or JS.
• Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and process analysis.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath tool certification.
• Experience with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
