Power Automate RPA Developer requirement. Position: Power Automate RPA Developer Experience: 2-4 Years Location: Remote Budget – 1.3 LPM Notice Period: Immediate

Role Summary: We are looking for a Power Automate RPA Developer – Associate with hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows. The ideal candidate should hold the Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500) certification and have strong understanding of automation frameworks, integrations, exception handling, and production support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).Develop and manage Power Automate Cloud Flows for workflow automation and orchestration. Automate business processes involving web applications, desktop applications, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and databases. Build reusable automation components, workflows, and exception-handling mechanisms. Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, and other enterprise applications. Implement error handling, logging, notifications, retry mechanisms, and monitoring. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for RPA automation. Work with business and technical teams to gather automation requirements and prepare solution designs. Perform unit testing, UAT support, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. Maintain technical documentation including PDD/SDD, process flows, and automation runbooks. Follow Microsoft Power Platform governance, security, and development best practices.
