Description

You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions for manual, UI-driven processes. Operating as a senior solo contributor, you require minimal oversight and manage the full automation lifecycle independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation bots using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Analyze business workflows via demonstrations to create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Manage robot workloads and queues using UiPath Orchestrator or Blue Prism Work Queues.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, report blockers, and propose technical improvements.
• Own the end-to-end development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of total IT experience with 6+ years dedicated to RPA development.
• Hands-on expertise with UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
• Advanced UiPath Developer Certification.
• Proven ability to automate complex, UI-based manual processes.
• Experience working independently as a senior-level individual contributor.
• Strong skills in creating PDD and SDD documentation.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and proactive problem-solving.
