Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Kofax RPA / Kofax Kapow (Tungsten Automation) to design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in RPA development, SQL, workflow automation, application integration, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Kofax RPA / Kofax Kapow automation solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand automation opportunities and requirements.
• Perform feasibility assessments and translate business requirements into scalable RPA solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and database integrations required for automation processes.
• Integrate RPA solutions with web applications, databases, APIs, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform end-to-end development activities including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor RPA bot performance, execution logs, and automation processes and implement improvements where required.
• Support production deployments, incident management, and issue resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks to improve maintainability and development efficiency.
• Ensure automation solutions follow security, data protection, coding, and development standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and solution design documents.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to continuously improve automation capabilities.
• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to users and team members.

Required Skills

• 5–9 years of overall RPA development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kofax RPA / Kofax Kapow / Tungsten Automation.
• Strong understanding of Kofax Kapow workflow development and automation.
• Experience with Kofax Management Console is preferred.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database interactions.
• Experience in automation of web-based and enterprise applications.
• Experience with API/application integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with RPA bot deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Good understanding of the complete RPA development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with UiPath.
• UiPath certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Python, C#, or VB.NET.
• Experience with Power Automate or other RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of IDP / Document Understanding / AI-assisted automation.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Splunk, or similar tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
