Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive and rule-based business processes.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.

• Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and error recovery.

• Develop integrations with SAP, Excel, Outlook/email, web applications, databases, and other enterprise applications.

Schedule, monitor, and manage automated processes and bot executions.

Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve production issues.

Develop reusable components and follow RPA development best practices.

Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand automation requirements.

Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and deployment-related artifacts.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Monitor bot performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Support deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–6 years of RPA development experience.

Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform:

• UiPath

• Microsoft Power Automate

• Automation Anywhere

• Strong understanding of RPA and workflow automation.

• Experience in bot development and deployment.

• Good knowledge of exception handling and debugging.

• Experience with scheduling and monitoring automated workflows.

Hands-on experience integrating RPA solutions with:

• SAP

• Microsoft Excel

• Email/Outlook

• Web applications

• Basic to good knowledge of Python.

Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and best practices.

Good to Have

UiPath Orchestrator experience.

• Experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.

• Knowledge of API/REST integrations.

SQL/database integration experience.

Experience with OCR/document processing and PDF automation.

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
