Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions and Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Design, develop, test, and implement automation workflows using core workflow principles.
• Maintain RPA bots as daily batch processes to ensure performance across internal and vendor applications.
• Identify and debug errors using error handlers, object cloning, web recorders, and Terminal Emulator.
• Set up bots within the Control Room and establish RPA standards, checklists, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience providing RPA assessments and business process solutions.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere and robotics automation tools.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET ADO.NET.
• Strong knowledge of LINQ, Entity Framework, and RESTful Web Services.
• Experience with jQuery, HTML, and XML.
• Database experience with Oracle, DB2, MS-Access, and MS-SQL Server, including Stored Procedures.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.

Education and Experience

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
