Description

Automation development & execution:

  • Hands-on automation specialist responsible for designing, building, and deploying simple-to-medium complexity workflow automations, RPA bots, scripts, and low-code solutions.
  • Integrate automations within existing systems through approved connectors, APIs, or workflow platforms, while keeping solutions scalable, maintainable, and supportable.
  • Implement practical KPIs to track automation impact, Solution adoption, benefit realized, and ROI.

Process understanding & improvement discovery:

  • Partner with the process reengineering team as a business analyst to understand business processes, pain points, and stakeholder expectations on workflow automation.
  • Tie back the process mapping findings and improvement opportunities within the documented workflows, user stories, solution logic, and frameworks to measure efficiency gains.

Stakeholder engagement & collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, regional counterparts, technology partners, and platform owners.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations at mid and senior levels, especially where production deployment, access, or integration support is required.
  • Adapt to different time zones (Asia/EMEA) and multitask across projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years

Technical Proficiency

Critical (Must Have):

  • Experience with automation and RPA tools – Power Platform (Automate, Apps, Copilot Studio) and UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of relational databases, API-based integrations, connectors, and ability to query or exchange data across platforms.
  • Programming knowledge – Python; Software architecture concepts such as front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, authentication, error handling, and deployment considerations.
  • Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools - Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and practical data handling across business workflows.

Important (Good to Have):

  • Experience with process mapping or process mining tools eg. Celonis, Signavio, Visio, Miro, etc.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exposure to Data Science, AI/ML, or Predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with full-stack development concepts, API basics, solution architecture, and process excellence frameworks.
  • Program Management experience.

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical automation solutions without over-engineering.
  • Design frameworks for measuring process improvements, efficiency gains, adoption, and operational impact.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality control, responsible AI usage, documentation, and maintainable solution design.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
