You will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to streamline business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Kore.ai and Automation Anywhere Robotic (AAR) bots.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Write, test, and deploy code while maintaining technical and procedural documentation.
• Debug and maintain software, ensuring bots interact correctly with mainframes and SMTP mail services.
• Visualize process flows and create detailed process mapping.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of RPA development experience specifically using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Proven track record of leading or solo-developing at least 8 RPA integrations using Automation Anywhere.
• Direct experience with Kore.ai platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with API development and API authentication.
• Experience building bots that interact with mainframes and SMTP mail services.
• Hands-on experience with Meta bots.
• Knowledge of enterprise logging, bot orchestration, error handling, and performance monitoring tools.
• Strong database knowledge and analytical skills.
• Understanding of handling sensitive data and credentials.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering a minimum of 5 bots per year as a lead developer.
