You will build and maintain software to automate computer tasks and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement code and document all system changes based on assignments and timelines.
• Provide code review, testing, debugging, technical documentation, and go-live support.
• Test automated processes against detailed design specifications.
• Communicate progress, roadblocks, and issues to the team and management promptly.
• Train and mentor staff on new development assignments and technical approaches.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience in RPA development.
• 2-3+ years of experience using UiPath RPA tool.
• 2+ years supporting automation for healthcare insurer or hospital systems.
• Expertise in RPA tools including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Experience with systems and data integration using APIs, Kafka, or ETL.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
