Description

You will design, develop, and debug software using Pega RPA technologies, managing servers and workflows while defining requirements and executing testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis, design, and development of computer software.
• Manage, upgrade, and maintain Pega servers and workflows.
• Define user requirements and develop detailed software specifications.
• Execute comprehensive software testing and debugging processes.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Pega RPA Software Developer.
• Proven experience with at least two recent projects in the health insurance industry.
• Proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Experience with software architecture, design, and basic coding/compilation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certification and knowledge of the SDLC.
• Experience with JavaScript, C, Python, AWS, Azure, or database technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, BDD, and code quality practices.
