You will design, configure, and deploy automated processes to improve business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to conduct RPA opportunity assessments.
• Design and configure RPA processes and objects using principles for high reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Create and document test plans and test cases for Unit, System, and pre-UAT phases.
• Communicate project risks, issues, and change control inputs to stakeholders within planning constraints.
• Support Business Operations and Customer Teams during the UAT phase and coordinate with vendors on platform issues.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA processes.
• Ability to document technical business process requirements.
• Experience executing Unit, System, and UAT testing phases.
• Degree in any graduate field.
