Description

Senior RPA Developer in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You will design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions to streamline operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using RPA tools.
• Design and develop automation workflows and configure bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the accuracy and performance of automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions in production environments.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes for maintenance and future reference.

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Proficiency with RPA tools including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• RPA certification(s).
