Description

You will design, build, and maintain automation solutions following Agile principles. You own the release pipeline and ensure implementation aligns with approved architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation project plans while building solutions according to established architecture.
• Establish best practices and hold the team accountable for their implementation.
• Identify new process opportunities and assess their technical feasibility.
• Manage automation rollouts by following change management plans and supporting UAT phases.
• Solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions during daily operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or automation.
• 2+ years of professional services experience, specifically on automation or integration projects.
• Proficiency with RPA software tools.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft.
• Experience with Macros and navigating customer portals.
• Experience with cognitive software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business.
