Description

You will design, build, and maintain automation solutions following Agile principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation project plans and solutions aligned with approved architecture.
• Establish best practices and hold the team accountable for implementation quality.
• Identify new process opportunities and assess their technical feasibility.
• Manage automation rollouts, including change management plans and UAT support.
• Solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions during daily operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or automation.
• 2+ years of professional services experience on automation or integration projects.
• Proficiency with RPA software tools.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft.
• Experience with Macros and navigating customer portals.
• Experience with cognitive software tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business.
