Description

Design, develop, and maintain robotic process automations to streamline business workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather automation requirements and identify new opportunities for robotic processes.
• Develop, test, and document digital worker automations to ensure technical accuracy.
• Lead integration and UAT testing to identify and resolve technical setup issues.
• Troubleshoot, implement bug fixes, and deploy enhancements for existing RPA processes.
• Train users on process maintenance, monitoring, and issue escalation protocols.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working within an automation space.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Workfusion.
• Solid understanding of database design concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of coding experience in .NET or Java.
• Familiarity with PowerAutomate and Microsoft Office products.
