Description

Lead the development and management of robotic process automation applications for insurance domain projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, and test automation modules using UiPath.
• Create technical documentation including process mapping, business requirements, functional specifications, and release notes.
• Execute quality assurance tests and unit test plans before production deployment.
• Interface directly with tech leads and clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Lead a technical team by providing guidance, training, and coaching to project members.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of technical experience in Robotic Process Automation.
• Expert-level knowledge of UiPath.
• Proven track record of at least 2-3 end-to-end RPA implementations.
• Proficiency in Oracle DB development, including PL/SQL, stored procedures, and packages.
• Experience working within Agile project methodologies.
• Ability to perform requirements gathering and project estimation.
• Strong skills in process mapping and technical specification writing.

Preferred Skills

• RPA tool certification.
