Description

You will lead the development of automation applications and establish architectural best practices for the RPA team.

Responsibilities

• Lead software programming and create comprehensive documentation for all RPA processes and development guidelines.
• Drive the implementation of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain an automation center of excellence by establishing frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor a small team of RPA developers and provide technical guidance to resolve complex automation challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with at least 5 years in a Lead RPA Developer role.
• Strong expertise in UiPath automation and software engineering design patterns.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GitHub pipelines.
• Background in API development and modern UI/UX frameworks.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
