Description

You will lead RPA support and administration efforts while managing a team of associates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 associates and collaborate with senior leads across the organization.
• Manage incident, change, and service management processes within a shift-based support model.
• Identify L1 and L2 tasks to build a backlog for toil automation.
• Provide UiPath support and administration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UiPath support and administration.
• Experience in a lead capacity within support engagement.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty.
• Deep understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Management.
• Any graduate degree.
