Description

You will design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools, ensuring quality and seamless integration with existing systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows, bots, and robots.
• Deploy RPA components, including development tools, code repositories, and logging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Support launch, implementation, and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Create process documentation and assure automation quality.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with RPA tools: UiPath (highly preferred), Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Experience designing technical specifications and developing/consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and workflow-based logic.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath RPA Developer certification.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Experience presenting technical details to non-technical audiences.
