You will design and deploy automation solutions to streamline business processes and manage data movement between systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools.
• Automate data movement across systems to ensure efficient integration.
• Create, test, and deploy bots for automated workflows.
• Optimize and troubleshoot RPA processes to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business and automation requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Proficiency in Python for data movement and workflow automation.
• Experience with Blue Prism or Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of automated workflows and data migration.
• Experience developing and deploying bots for process automation.
• Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, DE.
• Ability to participate in an in-person final interview.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors.
