Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions to address business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AS-IS processes to identify automation opportunities and document existing business workflows.
• Define solution requirements and develop automation tools for identified opportunities.
• Manage multiple competing priorities and resolve business issues through technical solutions.
• Work within the full SDLC lifecycle using Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Cognitive and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
• 1+ years of Information Technology or automation project management experience.
• Experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong experience in solution definition and client management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on development experience in Java or .Net.
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience managing complex Cognitive and Robotic Process Automation projects.
