Description
You will design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes within the BFSI sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage RPA solutions using Power Automate.
- Create automation workflows, custom connectors, and scripts.
- Analyze complex business processes to design effective automation architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement industry-specific process improvements.
Required Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Power Automate.
- Experience working within the BFSI industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) or any Graduate degree.
- Analytical skills for designing automation for complex business workflows.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of Python, .NET, or Java.
