Description

You will design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes within the BFSI sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage RPA solutions using Power Automate.
• Create automation workflows, custom connectors, and scripts.
• Analyze complex business processes to design effective automation architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement industry-specific process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Power Automate.
• Experience working within the BFSI industry.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of Python, .NET, or Java.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) or any Graduate degree.
• Analytical skills for designing automation for complex business workflows.
