Description

You will build, maintain, and optimize automation solutions using UiPath and RPA principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to translate requirements into technical specifications for automation.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows, deploying bots and development tools.
• Document process improvements, recommend re-engineering, and eliminate unnecessary workflow steps.
• Monitor production RPA solutions, troubleshoot incidents, and perform routine maintenance.
• Create functional and user acceptance test cases, execute UAT, and coordinate release milestones.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience developing and supporting RPA solutions.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating development release milestones for promotion to higher environments.
• Experience designing test plans and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical skills and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
