Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of robotic process automation solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions by translating business and technical requirements into automated commands.
• Oversee implementation and process development activities managed by development pods.
• Lead ideation workshops to qualify and quantify automation opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation for automation opportunities and resolve technical issues or risks affecting delivery.
• Mentor developers in best practices and contribute to technical documentation and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Lead role.
• 2+ years of experience in RPA leadership and operations using UiPath.
• Proficiency in .NET, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with OCR, IDP, and AI/ML tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT Project Management.
• Strong understanding of IT Architecture and RPA architecture.
• Ability to analyze business processes from workflow diagrams to conceptualize automated solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, or a related business field.
