Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Define the automation strategy, roadmap, and governance model for the team.
• Design and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate process feasibility with analysts.
• Mentor team members in RPA best practices and oversee reusable automation frameworks.
• Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure rigorous testing and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in RPA development and leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java.
• Experience managing automation projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and automation design principles.
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, web services, and databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Blue Prism Developer certification.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and process mining tools.
