Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions while managing the end-to-end project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-implementation support.
• Build and lead an RPA team of developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with US functional leads to identify process improvements and reduce lead times.
• Establish KPIs to measure RPA performance and report progress to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, development, deployment, and scheduling of RPA and Digital solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in UI automation using Selenium C#, SpecFlow, and Playwright .NET.
• Extensive experience implementing automated solutions for cloud-based services in Azure.
• Proficiency with Azure services including Logic Apps and Function Apps.
• Experience containerizing Automation Bots in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience writing scalable automation, scheduling, and orchestration tasks in Azure.
• Strong expertise in API Automation using RestSharp.
• Experience conducting Load and Performance Testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing existing RPA solutions through continuous improvement efforts.
