Description

You will lead the design, development, and support of robotic process automation solutions using Power Platform and Automation Anywhere.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop RPA bots.
• Design unattended RPA setups on Windows VMs and manage Power Platform environments.
• Resolve production issues with strong troubleshooting in support environments.
• Implement connectors, triggers, approvals, and robust error handling.
• Align automation initiatives with ITSM processes for incidents, problems, and changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere 360.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform environments, solutions, and connectors.
• Proficiency in setting up unattended RPA on Windows VMs.
• Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with triggers, approvals, and error handling mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with production support in enterprise environments.
