You will lead a large-scale automation and AI strategy to drive measurable business value.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage a technical team of 25-50 personnel, including hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and dismissals.
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic vision for automation and AI integration.
• Own operational and capital budgets, including procurement and vendor management.
• Negotiate contracts with labor and product vendors to ensure effective delivery.
• Measure and report on the ROI and impact of RPA solutions using data and analytics.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience leading high-performing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of automation platforms, specifically UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere.
• Demonstrable experience with AI/ML, RPA, and GenAI technologies.
• Experience applying emerging AI technologies within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in agile development practices and lean startup methodologies.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational and capital budgets.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree (MBA or MS in a related field).
• Certifications in automation platforms.
• Experience with process mapping/mining tools or low-code/no-code platforms.
