Description

You will lead the technical implementation and delivery of Robotic Process Automation solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Assess automation opportunities and recommend appropriate RPA solutions.
• Design, build, roll out, and support RPA solutions while managing technical risks.
• Lead development teams through project completion and define process complexity for delivery.
• Develop and review detailed Process Description Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Define and implement RPA support, migration, and deployment processes, including maintaining the Bot Library.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development or automation.
• Hands-on experience and certification in at least two RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions.
• Experience architecting enterprise-level RPA solutions integrating multiple systems (ERP, CRM, Finance).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile project management methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
