Description

You will administer the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform, its supporting infrastructure, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for digital workers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage VDI environments utilized by digital workers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within process workflows to ensure automation continuity.
• Create and manage incident tickets using IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Analyze current processes to identify and resolve performance issues or trends for automation optimization.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, standards, policies, and testing artifacts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in a technical engineering role involving infrastructure or system design.
• Strong infrastructure background, including Windows Server Administration, vSphere, and VMware VPC administration.
• Experience with Cloud setup and infrastructure, specifically Azure Tenants.
• Knowledge of IIS configuration and MS .NET Framework implementation.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Database Administration and Power BI Administration.
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and map out process workflows.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tools and incident ticket creation (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience with RPA platforms, including Blue Prism.
• Bachelor's degree required.
