Role Overview:

The RPA Platform Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the platform delivers value to the business, optimizing setup, managing license control, and facilitating new feature rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the platform delivers value to the business.
• Ensure optimum platform setup, license control, and new feature rollout.
• Perform Power Platform tenant administration and Blue Prism administration.
• Manage environment lifecycle, managed environment administration, and environment strategy/provisioning.
• Monitor and manage capacity, tenant settings, and platform health.
• Investigate and remediate service issues.
• Plan and validate platform upgrades.
• Administer user access, security roles, and environment groups.
• Define environment standards and application lifecycle management (ALM) governance.
• Establish solution deployment standards and citizen developer governance.
• Define platform operating model and participate in governance boards.
• Manage platform risks and create technical standards.
• Implement development guardrails.
• Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and connector governance.
• Design security architecture and administer RBAC.
• Manage enterprise policies and network isolation strategy.
• Implement VNet integration and conduct environment security reviews.
• Provide compliance and audit support.
• Design secure integration architecture.

• Platform Administration (including Power Platform tenant & Blue Prism administration, environment lifecycle management, capacity monitoring, user access administration, etc.)
• Platform Governance (including environment standards, ALM governance, solution deployment standards, citizen developer governance, platform risk management, etc.)
• Security & Compliance (including DLP policy management, connector governance, security architecture design, RBAC administration, network isolation strategy, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
