Description

You will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA. You will drive the Citizen Development Program, providing technical training and governance to business units.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.
• Support the Citizen Development Program manager by driving tool adoption across business units.
• Provide technical training, support, and guidance to non-technical business users.
• Enforce compliance and governance standards for tool usage across the organization.
• Collaborate with business users to develop user-centric workflow automation and process management solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business process automation.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Automate RPA.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Forms, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint.
• Proven experience managing a citizen development program or similar initiative.
• Experience in business process management and workflow automation.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and training to non-technical business users.

• Any Graduate degree.
