Description

You will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA while driving the Citizen Development Program.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.
• Drive tool adoption across business units by supporting the Citizen Development Program manager.
• Provide technical training, support, and guidance to non-technical business users.
• Enforce compliance and governance standards for tool usage across the organization.
• Collaborate with business users to develop user-centric workflow automation and process management solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business process automation.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Automate RPA.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Forms, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency with SharePoint.
• Proven experience managing a citizen development program or similar initiative.
• Experience in business process management and workflow automation.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and training to non-technical business users.
