You will lead the identification and evaluation of processes for automation within a remote environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to ensure excellence and clarity.
• Advise stakeholders on which specific processes or project components are suitable for automation.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects.
• Quantify the financial benefits and ROI of proposed automations.
• Lead project initiatives by applying a strategic automation mindset.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in process excellence and automation.
• Hands-on experience with RPA and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, ARIS, or igrafx.
• Strong process documentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the full automation project lifecycle.
• Ability to perform financial impact analysis for automation use cases.
• Any Graduate degree.
