Description

You will ensure the stability and smooth operation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots. You will own the stability and efficiency of bot operations while managing incidents and participating in process implementation. You will provide guidance to L1 and L2 support teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will align RPA operations with organizational strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RPA bot operations to maintain stability and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in production support or similar roles.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps processes.
• Understanding of change management processes.
• Experience managing and meeting SLAs.
• Background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
