Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor production automations, including RPA solutions built on Automation Anywhere.
• Communicate automation failures to business users and perform initial troubleshooting to restore service.
• Implement bug fixes and planned system enhancements for production automations.
• Manage business user requests such as ad hoc automation runs and schedule updates.
• Coordinate with the Build team during production handovers and hyper care periods, including VM allocation support with the resiliency team.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in application/production support, preferably with RPA platforms.
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) production support and operational ownership.
• Automation Anywhere development and support experience for reliable automation execution.
• Troubleshooting, failure analysis, and performance monitoring for production automations.
• Bug fixing, enhancements, and maintaining automation code repositories and issue logs.

Good to Have:

• Application Support experience in production environments.
• Technical Support experience for enterprise applications and automation services.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
