Description

Own the production support lifecycle for Robotic Process Automation solutions built on Automation Anywhere, ensuring reliability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production automations and troubleshoot failures to restore service quickly.
• Communicate automation issues to business users and manage ad hoc execution requests.
• Implement bug fixes and planned enhancements for production RPA bots.
• Coordinate with the Build team during production handovers and hyper-care periods.
• Maintain automation code repositories, issue logs, and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in application or production support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms.
• Specific expertise in Automation Anywhere development and support.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with bug fixing and maintaining automation code.
• Strong technical support background for enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in VM allocation support with resiliency teams.
