Description

You will manage and support RPA production environments to ensure business continuity and technical stability.

Responsibilities

  • Support production issues by performing independent root-cause analysis and diagnosis.
  • Recommend and implement RPA solutions based on detailed analysis of business issues and implications.
  • Monitor and track system performance to proactively address emerging technical issues.
  • Assess the impact of design decisions and suggest alternative solutions for optimization or mitigation.
  • Lead initiatives to deliver business objectives and build alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in RPA domain support, specifically with UiPath.
  • Proficiency in Java development.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL.
  • Ability to code with minimal oversight using required programming languages.
  • Understanding of software development practices, deployment processes, and development environments.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including 9 AM to 5 PM and 12 PM to 8 PM (1 PM to 10 PM EST).
  • Any Graduate degree.
