Description

You will manage RPA license administration and support the production environment. Responsibilities Manage RPA licenses and support change management processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA platform and system integrations. Monitor and maintain RPA tools, technologies, and established best practices. Support the stability of automation workflows within the production environment. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in RPA support management using UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere. 2+ years of experience working with a variety of RPA tools and technologies. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Any graduate degree. Preferred Skills Background in Agile/DevOps processes, including change management, provisioning, and incident management. Experience with SLA and KPI tracking. Experience introducing and enforcing technical standards and best practices.
